Terms of sale

The conditions for purchases in the Aether Prison store: who sells, what you buy, delivery, withdrawal and refunds.

Who sells

Store purchases are handled by Tebex Limited, acting as the official reseller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, issues the receipt and applies VAT. At checkout you also accept Tebex's terms: checkout.tebex.io/terms. Aether Prison provides the in-game content you buy.

What you buy

  • All products (VIP ranks, Battle Pass, keys, eggs, boosters, game currencies and more) are digital content for use on Aether Prison only.
  • They have no monetary value and cannot be turned into money or traded outside the game.
  • They are tied to the nickname entered at checkout. Make sure you type it exactly: we are not responsible for purchases made for the wrong nickname.
  • Prices are in euros. On the website store they are shown without VAT: you see the total including VAT in the Tebex checkout before paying.

Duration

  • VIP ranks are permanent: they last as long as the server exists.
  • The Premium Battle Pass is valid for the season in which you buy it.
  • Boosters last for the time stated on the product. Global boosters last 12 hours for the whole server: if another one of the same type is bought, the time adds up.
  • Consumable items (keys, eggs, currencies) are used up when you use them.

Delivery

Delivery is automatic, usually within a few minutes of payment. You must be online on the server: if you are offline, the purchase arrives as soon as you join. If after 20 minutes online you have received nothing, open a ticket on Discord or write to info@aetherprison.it with your Tebex order number.

Right of withdrawal

The products are digital content supplied right after payment. By completing the purchase you ask for delivery to start immediately and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started, as provided by Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Refunds

  • If a product does not arrive because of a problem on our side and we cannot deliver it, we refund you through Tebex.
  • There are no refunds for products already delivered and used, or for bans caused by breaking the rules.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first leads to the removal of the purchased products and may lead to a ban.

Changes to the game

The server is constantly developed: to keep the game balanced we may change the features, bonuses and values of products, items and currencies, including ones already bought. If the server ever closes for good we will announce it on Discord at least 30 days in advance, and the store will close from that moment.

Minors

If you are under 18 you may only buy with the permission of a parent or guardian.

  • Aether Prison is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
